How to Self Cancel your Registration for a Free Event OR Remove your Name from Any Waitlist (scroll down)

    • If you have paid for a registered event, DO NOT self cancel.  Instead please contact the Club Manager.
    • If you are on a waitlist for a paid event, please SELF-CANCEL. This is possible as no payment has been made yet.
    • If you are a non-member, you CANNOT USE SELF-CANCEL. Please contact the Club Manager to cancel your registration or remove your name from any waitlist.

Step 1: Log into the club website and click on the event that you signed up for.


Step 2:  Click on "Already Registered"


Step 3: Click "Cancel Registration" 


No Fee Events can also be cancelled on the Mobile App. For information about how to use the app to cancel an event please see the following guides:

How to Self Cancel a Waitlisted Event Registration

Waitlisted event registrants can now cancel their own registration before coming off the waitlist.

Step 1: Log into the club website and select the event you are waitlisted for.

Step 2: Click on "Already on Waitlisted" 


Step 3: Click on 'Remove from Waitlist"
