Halton outdoor Club - Code of Conduct

The Halton Outdoor Club is committed to providing a safe, respectful, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members, non-members, volunteers, leaders, partners, and participants.

The Code of Conduct outlines standards of behaviour expected of everyone while participating in Club activities or representing the Club in any capacity.

The goal of the Code is to ensure that all Club activities remain welcoming, respectful and safe for everyone involved.

Reporting an Code of Conduct Incident

The Halton Outdoor Club takes concerns regarding behaviour seriously. If you experience or witness behaviour that may violate the Code of Conduct, please submit an incident report.

Reports can be submitted by members, participants or event leaders. Reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed by the Club’s Code of Conduct Commitee or the Halton Outdoor Club Board Members.
