Paddle Canada Level One Instructor Certification

Open to all Halton Outdoor Club Members who would like to be certified for Paddle Canada Level One Instructor.

Date: June 21 - June 25, 2021

Location: Sudbury Region

• Course: Monday (pre-meeting), off water Friday
• Accommodations: Must provide own tent, Covid 19 rules in effect
• Boat & Gear: Must provide boat, paddle , safety gear, water temp clothing 
• Navigation : Must be willing to provide topo/marine maps for area
• Prerequisite: Paddle Canada Level Two Certification
  
  Paddle Canada Level One Instructor Course includes: 
• This course provides national certification in the instruction and administration of the Paddle Canada Level-1 Skills course. This 5-day program builds on the skills introduced in the Introduction to Kayak Instructor, reviewing and adding to your practical group management, lesson plan, and assessment skills.
