Saturday, August 22
Time: 9:30 am.
Location: Dundas Valley Conservation Area
Distance: Approx. 8 km.
Directions: Dundas Valley Conservation Area is located on Governor’s Rd. just west of downtown Dundas. Depending on where you are coming from directions will vary.
Hike Description: Follow the road in to the last parking lot where we will meet before the hike. The hike is over easy terrain, but with a number of hills (hence the name “valley”) to test your cardiac capacity! We will follow a combination of Bruce Main and Side trails as well as Conservation Area trails to form a loop. We will pass Canterbury Falls on the way. Bring water, a snack, sunscreen, insect repellent, hand sanitizer and a mask. Refreshment stop afterwards. Parking fee in effect or Conservation Area pass.
