• Discuss the Annual Report containing the Club’s Financial Statement and Auditor’s Report
• Hear reports by the Club’s Directors
• Elect and confirm new Directors*
  
• Appoint an Auditor and authorize the Directors to fix remunerations
  
• Discuss new business
  
• Vote on any presented motions.

Social and Potluck

Bring your favorite dessert for the dessert pot-luck after the business portion of our meeting.  

Speaker

Wendy Grater, owner and Director of Blackfeather Expeditions has paddled, hiked, kayaked, mountain biked and skied in the NWT, Yukon, Nunavut, B.C., Ontario, Quebec and Greenland.  As a guide, instructor, public speaker or wilderness traveller, Wendy shares her joy and belief in “the journey”, whether she travels by ski, by foot, by canoe or by kayak. Wendy will speak about her recent trip to Greenland. 

We are looking forward to hearing her speak as she is very active and experienced in all of our Club’s sports.
