Description:

As part of the HOC Paddling Committee’s ongoing efforts to offer unique educational opportunities for our members, we have arranged this venue for Chris Lockyear, Director of Coaching of Committed to the Core Sea Kayak Coaching, who has generously offered his time to lead this 2 hour seminar.

Chris is a highly respected Senior Instructor Trainer with Paddle Canada, and the only BCU Level 5 Sea Kayak coach in Canada.

This is a rare opportunity, as Chris is based in Nova Scotia and although he does get to Ontario from time to time, here’s a chance to gain some valuable insight free of charge, and all you have to do is show up. (don’t forget to bring a notebook and a writing implement)

Space is limited to 12 registrants so make sure you sign up early!

The HOC Paddling Committee also appreciates the ongoing support of Kelly McDowell, owner of The Complete Paddler who has offered his facility free of charge to the Club for this seminar.
