Hiking Los Caminos Misteriosos #10

Sunday August 25.  Los Caminos Misteriosos, Hike #10 (Lower Dundas Valley)  

Meeting Time: 9:00 a.m. End: 12:00 noon

Location: Dundas Valley

Meeting Place: Meet in parking lot at the back and to the right of Shopper's Drug Mart in University Plaza on Osler Drive in West Hamilton. If you need more specific directions, e-mail me at the address given below.

Pace: Medium, 3-4 km per hr. with occasional pauses for rest, refreshment, and relief

Terrain: Hard-pack trail with numerous hills.

Hike Description: Like Upper Dundas Valley, the downstream portion is remarkable for its maze-like paths, inviting shade, and deep ravines 

Requirements: The group will be limited to the first 20 hikers who register online. Wear hiking boots and clothing suitable for the weather. Bring water and a snack.

Post-Hike Social: An optional pub lunch and/or liquid refreshment will follow.
