Combination of wide and narrow trails. Mostly flat and some gentle up sections along the 12 Mile Creek and Welland Canal. No hills per se. Hike will take us along parks, city roads, the old canal towards Thorhold. Nice historic bits along the old Welland canal. Will hike to Lock 7 on the Welland Canal and have a break there. Hoping washroom is open at the museum.
