Hike Description: This is a long hike loop starting at the Wilkes Dam. Most of the hike route follows the Grand River. First part of the hike is along the North bank of the river and then crossing the Brant’s crossing to go back on the South bank. At Hardy Rd. we turn right into the SC Johnson Trail which is one of the favourite cycling trail of 14 km from Brantford to Paris. The highlights are birdwatching, river side, quiet forest, see the fishermen at the Dam and the Brant’s crossing. There are a few nice places in Brantford for the Lattes. Asia will recommend the best the day of the hike. “Believe there is Good in the World”
