Hiking Los Caminos Misteriosos #13

Sunday October 20. Los Caminos Misteriosos, Hike #13 

Meeting Time:  9:00 a.m.  End: 12:00 noon. 

General Location:  Grindstone Creek, Smokey Hollow and Hidden Valley

Meeting Place:  This is the mystery (el misterioso). At the time you register online, the leader will send you detailed directions attached to an e-mail. 

Pace:  Medium, 3-4 km per hr. with occasional pauses for rest, refreshment, and relief. 

Terrain:  Hard-packed trail surface, very steep in places with lots of ups and downs. 

Hike Description:  Typical escarpment re-entrant stream through a V-shaped valley. 

Requirements: This hike will be limited to the first 20 hikers who register online. Wear hiking boots and clothing suitable for the weather of the day. Bring water and a snack. 

Post-Hike Social:  Celebrate the last hike of this series in 2019!! An optional pub stop will follow the hike. Location T.B.A.
