PACE	Stops for snacks and water	Level well marked trail with a mixture of boardwalks and woodland trails skirting Grindstone Marsh
DISTANCE	The main trail is a 7.2 km loop with a 3.9 km short loop available

PARKING	Hendrie Valley parking lot, Plains Rd, Burlington ($1/hr or free is you purchase a RBG admission)	On street parking available on Botanical Dr.
