CADENCE		2 loops loop 1 - 30 km West loop loop 2 - 40 km East loop optional lunch provided by Dave between loops with each rider paying $6 for a variety of cold cuts, veggies, grapes, etc.

Trip leaders will be able to email you with updates and last minute changes. Leader may provide an Information Sheet with GPS coordinates, map and parking details for this ride.
