Clinics designed for Cross Country skiers ~ beneficial for snowshoers ~ or any club member seeking a good full-body fitness workout
Level: Training is at your own level of fitness. The program includes walking, striding, and hill bounding but you can use your own discretion as to what you do.

When: Every Tuesday and Saturday Oct 17 to Dec 12
Registration opens 1 week before each training session.
Meet: in the upper parking lot at Olympic Park which is near the corner of Mohawk Rd. and Scenic Dr. in Hamilton ~ close to the Hwy 403 and Mohawk Rd. interchange.
Weather permitting: Sessions will be cancelled if it is raining.
Gear: Bring a pair of hiking poles or ski poles (ski poles that are a bit too short are recommended). Running shoes are the recommended footwear and gloves are suggested for hand protection.
